Paneer bhurji

Paneer Bhurji (cottage cheese Scramble)

Paneer has become an important ingredient in Indian cooking. It blends well with amost any other vegetable or curry. Paneer Bhurji is the simplest form of using paneer in everyday cooking.

Ingredients:

Paneer (Cottage Cheese) 
Green Chillies
Cumin Seeds 
Ginger paste
Onion
Turmeric
Salt
Oil
Garam Masala
Coriander leaves

Method

In hot oil add Cumin seeds and green chilies with Ginger paste. Then add finely diced onions. once onions start to turn brown add Paneer with turmeric, Garam masala and Salt and saute. Then add crumbled Paneer and cook for 1-2 min.

Variation:

You can add Tomatoes and capsicum once onion are partially cooked.

You can eat this with Indian breads (with Roti in above picture) or put this just in between two slices of bread and enjoy.
